We've finally embarked on the long-anticipated trip to Asia. It seems like forever since we started planning for it, but everything seems to have come all too suddenly. You worked till the very last minute, while I spent very possible minute packing and cleaning out my room. The amount of junk in my room is simply unbelievable. Saying goodbye wasn't too terribly hard, but that's probably only because I know I'll see my parents again soon.

We were super productive today. Below was the list of things we did.
- 10:00 am - Had an appointment with Loveliness (a bridal service company). We were very upset because the store didn't open until 10:30am, even though the store hours said it'd be open by 10am.
- 2:00 pm - Met with the photographer at Michael's Wedding. The package was more expensive than we had expected, but we had decided to hire the photographers and videographer from Michaels nonetheless.
- 5:00 pm - Tried on a few more wedding gowns at Trudy's. Michelle, the consultant whom I've been working with, showed you the dress I picked out from my last fitting, and you loved the dress. We'll still shop for wedding gowns in HK, but we'll more likely than not call Michelle to order the dress while we're in HK.
- 7:30 pm - Went to Corrinne May's acoustic concert at Crosspoint Church. She was AMAZING! You even got her to autograph the 2 CD's you got after the show.

The Arkers had a cooking contest tonight. You, Janet, and Kendrick made a very creative dish for the LGCC theme this year. (The many layers represent the roots and soil. and the broccoli on top represents a tree.) Peter's team made some chese bread, and Kevin's made chicken feet and dumplings from scratch.
I missed all that fun because Miu Shan had come back to visit from Michigan and Friday night was the only time she could meet with us. We hanged out at Equinox for a very long... I didn't get home till 2 in the morning, even though you were waiting for me at home.

Candy and Andy invited Janet, Kendrick, and us to their place for dinner. We had a good time talking about wedding stuff, and the food prepared by Candy was superb. She has shown great improvement in her skills.

Peter annouced his plan to go to Arizona for a new job. After cell group, we wanted to have a small party at Janet's place for him and ended up making a movie, following exactly the scenes in Infernal Affairs. It was really fun, but we didn't go to bed till 6am the next morning.

Michelle took engagment pictures for us in San Francisco. We went to the Legend of Honours and China Beach. However, it was very overcast and cold. We are worried that the photos may not be as good as we have expected since we were both shivering in the cold during the photo shoot...

We had lunch with Jonathan and Kelvina. In the afternoon, we went shopping at Hillsdale Shopping Center to get clothers for the engagement photo session the next day. I got a pair of jeans, a white shirt, and a pair of nice shoes. You got a white shirt and a stylish knit. After that we watched March of the Penguins, which is a very nice movie about how penguins mate and give birth to their children.
