Our Memorable Moments

Memorial day weekend. We went to the Pinnacles National Monument with Kendrick, Janet, Vivian, Fredreck, Joni and Chung. We hiked more then 6 miles on Saturday and were very exhausted at the end of the day. Candy and Andy joined us that night, and we drove down to LA the next day. We had lunch at Garden restaurant, Ding Tai Fung, and went to Downtown Disney. We decided to drive back at midnight to avoid the traffic.

A "house cooling" BBQ party at Charlene, Brenda, and Sharon's place. We played a game very similar to pictionary by ourselves towards the end of the night.

We watched Shrek 2 after work at San Mateo. It was the first day of the movie but the cinema was not too crowded. The movie was really good.

We watched Troy with Sunny and Jonathan after fellowship. You told me a lot about the Homer poems afterwards.

Mother's day concert of VoV. This time you turned the pages for me and accompanied me the whole day.

Yiu and Wing's wedding. It was at Los Altos Methodist Church. After the wedding we went to Palo Alto to have drink and had a walk at Stanford. Dinner at Joy Luck Place in Cupertino Village. It was fun but an exhausting and long day. You had a car accident the day before. Small damage to the car but you were scared and cried a lot.

We got some cheap tickets for the Broadway show Hairspray on Craig's List for only $25 each, and went to watch it in the afternoon with Janet and Kendrick. After that, we walked around SF downtown for a bit and watched the sunset at a hill in, ironically, the sunset district. In the evening we got some complimentary tickets for a SF Conservatory of Music orchestra performance from a friend of my aunt. It was surprisingly good, not boring at all.
